Last updated: 24/08/2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ceremoni, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Ceremoni provides tools for event organizers to create invitations, manage guest lists and RSVPs, build seating charts, run staff check-in, and collect shared event photos.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Organizer responsibilities

As an organizer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the guest data you upload and for having a lawful basis to contact the guests you invite. You agree not to use Ceremoni to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content unrelated to a legitimate event.

5. Guest-submitted content

Guests who upload photos to a Memories gallery retain ownership of their content but grant Ceremoni and the event organizer a license to display and store those photos as part of the event's gallery. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

6. Payments

Paid plans and add-ons are billed through Paystack. All fees are stated in Naira and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Ceremoni is not responsible for delays or errors caused by Paystack or your payment provider.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ceremoni for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or events
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with an event

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time; some event data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Ceremoni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ceremoni after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
